Cruise Line Spotlight
Star Flyer's Arrival
The Star Flyer ship is heading to Tahiti to prepare for its new home. The ship is scheduled to arrive in the port of Papeete, Tahiti on Wednesday, December 26, 2007. Star Flyer will be met by outrigger canoes and Tahitian dancers. A Traditional gift (plaque) exchange will be held between the Captain, Star Clippers officials and Tahitian officials on the pier. On Friday, December 28, 2007, to officially welcome Star Flyer, the cruise line will host an event on board for local VIPs and media. The ship will then sail 30 minutes before sunset. Guests will have time to enjoy the ship, have dinner and dance in the Tropical Bar. [Read More]
